1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing services or digital products from Dinoxy, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or products.


2. Services and Digital Products

Dinoxy offers:

  • Services: Custom website design, video editing, ad creatives, and other creative solutions.

  • Digital Products: Downloadable templates, resources, and ready-made business tools.

All services and digital products are delivered as per the specifications discussed and agreed at the time of order.


3. Payments

  • All purchases must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Applicable fees are communicated before the transaction.

  • Accepted methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, and approved Payment Gateways.

  • International buyers must use supported payment processors.

  • Payment gateway or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.


4. Refunds

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

Highlights:

  • Services (₹7,999+): Refund eligibility depends on project stage (before design approval, partial refunds, or non-refundable after development begins).

  • Digital Products (₹999+): Non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of download failure or file corruption.

  • Custom Services: Refund terms are defined at consultation. No refunds once work has started.


5. Delivery of Services and Products

  • Services follow agreed timelines and milestones.

  • Digital Products are delivered electronically (via email or secure download link) immediately after successful payment.

  • Dinoxy is not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues such as incomplete details, lack of responsiveness, or technical incompatibility.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary information, approvals, and materials promptly.

  • Ensure ownership or usage rights of content shared with Dinoxy.

  • Maintain suitable systems to access delivered digital products.

Dinoxy is not liable for delays or issues arising from client negligence.


7. Use of Products and Services

  • Purchased services and digital products are licensed for personal or business use only as agreed.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of Dinoxy’s digital products is prohibited.

  • Dinoxy retains the right to showcase completed service work in its portfolio unless restricted by the client in advance.


8. Intellectual Property

  • Until full payment is received, Dinoxy retains ownership of all deliverables.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their business.

  • Dinoxy’s brand, trademarks, and content may not be copied, modified, or reproduced without prior consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

Dinoxy is not responsible for:

  • Business losses, revenue reduction, or indirect damages caused by use of services or products.

  • Technical issues beyond Dinoxy’s control (e.g., hosting/server downtime, payment gateway errors).

  • Misuse or misinterpretation of deliverables.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the concerned service or product.


10. Termination

Dinoxy may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is delayed or unpaid.

  • Terms are violated or services are misused.

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected.

Refunds, if any, will follow the Refund Policy.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian Law.

  • Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.

  • Arbitration or mediation is preferred before initiating legal action.


12. Updates to Terms

  • Dinoxy may amend these Terms & Conditions when required.

  • Major updates will be communicated with 30 days’ notice.

  • Continued use of services or digital products implies acceptance of updated terms.
